In this video, I give an overview on how to create and submit custom Print on Demand orders through MyDesigns. This is a new feature and quite useful for sampling products, buying products, or submitting custom order requests for customers.

Thanks for the video. Are you saying that when a buyer orders a custom product, it can be processed outside of Etsy fees?
The custom orders the customer places through MyDesigns won't have Etsy fees. If the customer ordered it on Etsy, the Etsy fees will be there.
What do we do if the customer got a tee that the design was messed up due to the print provider? The design was packed and shipped too soon after printing. The customer got it and it was super sticky and the image was stuck together and when they pulled it apart it messed up the image. How can they get a reprint?
I apologize for missing this comment. You can reach out to our customer support for any product that is damaged and the print provider will usually issue a new one for free.
Is there a way to order a sample directly from a listing I've already created or do we have to recreate the product in Canvas each time?
Yes, just click the "Designs" tab in the left menu, select them collection (folder) that has your listing, choose it and choose the design, then you're good to go.
Can we add fonts?
Custom fonts are coming soon.
A feature to upload custom fonts has been live for about 4 and a half months. :)
