Well done! What a gem! We are definitely from the same era in regard to the bean oil scent bringing back great memories! I run Klotz in my Hodaka, and get comments from “old timers” about that awesome scent. You did a great job with the video and editing on this rebuild series. 😁
Thanks! A labor of love, for sure. Yeah, that Klotz has a cool smell. Almost sweet. There's candles by Klotz too, so you can make your home smell that way! My buddy is in the process of rebuilding his Wombat so maybe I'll do some videos off the 2 bikes together. Keep 'em running!
That is great! I know that when I get old the two stroke smell is bring back momories of the first vintage trail bike show I went to with my friend, my head still spins from all the smoke we inhaled
Thanks! Yeah, I think the sense of smell is a big trigger for memories. I always associate 2 stroke oil with good times! I have some more parts coming and I polished the clutch cover and I'll do the other side too. Can't wait for it to be broken in so I can take it on longer, faster rides.
Hey@pugman2.0, I use an Insta360X4 that records everything in 360 degrees. You edit in the software afterwards to chose the direction you want to point at any time. Pretty cool stuff! Check it out here: www.insta360.com/

What kind of mount did you use to get the shots of the pegs/wheels
