I just was scrolling through the suggested videos on RUclips and I didn’t watch anything but I did see some thing that gave me an idea. Maybe you can try making fast food food at home for your baking videos. Like maybe you can try making Taco Bell, or McDonald’s, or Chick-fil-A at home. Maybe you, Katie, and David can all choose your own and see what one turns out the most like the restaurant(presentation and taste wise).😊 Just an idea.

We actually had tacos and chimichangas for cinco de mayo with some rice and chips and salsa!
My family(including me) have the same blue measuring cups as your family. It was something I noticed.😂😊 Also, all that food looked super nice.

Was the cheeze sauce brought to a hard simmer before pouring in the mix? Just remember youll always use less of the flour mix if you turn it into a pastey goo, fast from the heat reaction. So bring it to the temp that will remain a boil after cooling it off from adding the flour. So making it 'cake up' from a vigorous hard full pan simmer instantly. This will make it have a less floury flavor because youve used less flour leaving more natual flavor from the stock which in this case is cheese.
Btw Valveeta melts really smooth and has a rich bold flavor that can be coagulation with a gray mixture enveloping the enhancements of the dish further.
