Whenever, anywhere, any place at any time this song took me far away from earth. It separate my body and soul. Straight up paradise upon cloud no.9 even on this hellish life.
When i ear this song, always imagine me playing it in the mountains, with a moonshine at night, and all animals come to ear and sleep!!!.....probably i just be eaten ;)
You brought a wonderful garden into my mind,,,where the flowers are blooming, surrounding by peace, symbol of a new days,,new hopes,...with this music Marty.
I remember when my brother bought this album in Delhi (pirated) because there were hardly any English album sold those days. I didn't know who Marty was but i knew Mr. Big and i remembered this was the first song in this album... Still gives me goosebumps when I listen to it.
Marty F. knew it a little bit ~!~ I THINK SO ~!~ That's why he made an album ~!~ like the one ~!~ THE MUSIC HE MADE ~!~ A lot of Vision ~!~ Inside on it ~!~ I am just Loving It ~!~
I met Marty this week and had the cover of my copy of this album signed, my favourite instrumental album ever, simply beautiful and Tibet is possibly the most perfect song on it/ .
Been in my playlist for years! Still love it. Listening to this, I always imagined myself high up in the snowy mountains of Tibet in a Buddhist temple. This song made me travel my heart and soul like I couldn't explain. Escaping from today's dirty reality and dreamin myself in a peaceful world. Thanks Marty
I went to his show last week , and I asked him to play valley of eternity , and he did , he is TRULY a awesome person , really educated , I love him , he signed my guitar too , best day of my life
I think Nick and Marty could've done waaaay more solo work together 💕 how I wish Nick was still here..... these 2 songs are so beautiful and also badass. Been seeing him since he started coming back to the US!! Seen him 6xs already and he always remembers me 😍
@PokoligeP In fact. Menza play with marty in three albums (1992-1996) Scenes, Introduction and True Obsessions. After that menza had to retire because of his tumor in his knee. But he never come back to megadeth (if you see, marty, chose menza as the drummer because he was his bandmate in megadeth (1990-1998).
+Alexander Kohlhepp Prime of what? Who was playing the fastest? How long your hair had to be long in order to signe with a recortd label? lolSeriously,as mush as i love rock guitar,by the end of thee 80',i was bored to death with most "EVH,MALMSTEEN" wannabe, too manufactured, clichés for my own tastes back in the days.I still and used to spend my time listenning to EVH,MICHAEL SCHENKER,and GEORGE LYNCH,because monster riffs, timeless songs and a very unique vibe is what's all about!!!And now,2016,i see plenty boys and girls shredding like the oldies on You Tube, and some are probably hoping to make it. HELLO!!! IT'S 2016?NOT 1986 ANYMORE?DONE AND OVER WITH IT,SOMETHING FRESH AND CREATIVE PLEASE!!! lolHi from France :)
Marty Friedman is definitely the best guitarist that ever lived, best sense of melody, unorthodox picking technique, He wrote Tornado of Souls, exotic guitar sounds, knows how to play a lot of different genres of music, He wrote Tornado of Souls, plays the most oddest scales and ALOT of different ones that shouldn't go together and makes it sound beautiful. He wrote Tornado of Souls, he can play all over the fretboard in one solo improv, while every guitarist plays on the same fret range .-.
i will never forget this Instrumental solo in my life

This generation will Tell this song sucks as Hell. But This is called real song #WeStandForMatryFredman
@PokoligeP sorry, "Menza plays on the drum..." is the correct form.
Totally
You forgot that he also wrote Tornado of Souls
Correct me if I'm mistaken, I think Mustaine wrote Tornado of Souls.
He means the solo, probably.
xOWNAGEx1 and he also wrote tornado of souls
This song always makes me think of mark knopfler - perhaps he was an influence, maybe just a subconscious one.
Me to Jason Becker
@PokoligeP ohh....thats great really
and I'll hold them for you
