1. Avoid white
2. Avoid red
3. Stick to a Jewel Tone Pallet
4. Avoid skin tones and neutrals that blend you into the walls.
Stick with basics in color blocking and professional attire like button up shirts, blazers, and anything with a sleeve. Modesty is always professional and keeps the attention on your words. Plus lighting can cause shiny skin that is distracting.

Thanks for the helpful video. It would have been more powerful had you yourself been wearing jewel tones as you recommend. I found that the colours you chose made you look washed out and the background was extremely busy and distracting behind you. I don't say this to criticize/insult but just as food for thought as we are all on this journey of how to enhance our online appearance! Good luck!
Great Job! Quick tip, for future videos, try running your mic & mic cord underneath your shirt, and then clip onto your jacket. That way, you don't see the cord. Good nuggets and you're easy to watch!
Thanks so much! I had the dang cord tucked but it didn’t stay on this take however I liked this take the best so I just used it anyways! It’s tricky with the jackets at times 🧐
