i’m not keen on these things. As you say they just seemed to fall at the last hurdles. We have a fantastic easter egg run up here in Northumberland, but it’s taken a good few years to get it to a professional standard, they two key points are the start point organisation and the after ride organisation and the team spend more time on that. This ensures all riders leave in a calm and steady flow. Having said that i don’t partake in the event , i normally find a good spot and take pictures of the ride past.
