Credits:
All portraits are drawn by me based on existing Fire Emblem Characters. Nott is Nowi, Caleb is Laslow, Jester is Anna, Fjord is Lon'qu, Beau is Oboro, Molly is Gerome, and Yasha is Panne. For NPCs, they are all drawn based on Villager npcs from Awakening.
BGs, UI, SFX, and music are all taken from the original Fire Emblem games.
All voice clips are either from the FE games or clips from the Critical Role Livestream! FE clips are voiced by the same VAs as their D&D counterparts, aside from Mercer's NPCs (Rinaldo is still Matt, but the others are various other voices from FE:A)
Lastly, this is a parody! I did it for fun :) Hope you guys enjoy!!

I once heard someone say Molly is an 11 charisma with a 19 charisma attitude. Accurate summation of his character
Molly: *the most charismatic person ever*
“This is Yasha, she’s the charm”
and yet they have an 11 and 7 charisma, respectively

Now I want to see this play out entirely using FE, with fights using the fe combat grid and structure, ad well as these cut scenes. XD
I busted out laughing when the music changed when Molly and Yasha walked in because it fit so well.
Using Ana as a model for Jester is genius, they both love money and the finger to her lip really fits Jester well.
Although I did notice she still does have six fingers. XD

Jester’s art looks like they just stole a Fire Emblem sprite that already existed
glad im not the only pointing out the character models
And using Inigo’s model for Caleb is perfect too, considering Liam voiced that character in the game
Something interesting, is that most of the cast has voiced characters in FE, Talesin being the odd one out.
Actually Taliesin has voiced for fire emblem before! He was Navarre! It's Ashley who hasn't~
Well, I have learned something new, and I have remembered something else.
Taliesin also did Cain in FEH

And you used sound bites from the episode too! But also soundbites from each voice actor’s other work too! I noticed it with Fjord the most. Sounding like Roy Mustang
his character is also modeled after the character he voiced in awakening
Travis voiced Roy in both FMA and FMA:B

I loooooved his Roy Mustang in FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood... frigging LOVED him.

The character art is also extremely fitting and the way you give them each diverse expressions too is also extremely impressive
The expressions all come from FE:A based on the models Samazkma is using :P
I would like to challenge you on Beau's and Yasha's art. But I get what you mean.

and hell, even Fjords character model is designed after lon'que the very character that travis voiced in awakening.
All of them voiced a fire emblem character at some point (Except Ashley)

I didn’t realize until this video but I am 100% in love with both Beau and Jester
IIRC, Travis actually voiced Lon'qu from Awakening (who Fjords art is inspired by here)
And Marisha voices Oboro who Beau's art is inspired by. feel like it was intentional X)
And Liam Voices Laslow.
Glad I wasn’t the only one to notice the similarities.
And just by-the-by, Lucina is voiced by Laura and Chrom is voiced by Matt.
A lot of these poeple really got to bond over their time working as Voice actors for Awakening, i think that's partially why this homage was made
Beauregard looks like the lovechild of Sokka from Avatar and Oboro.
Marisha does voice Oboro so....
Two things I need to say here:
1) I hope this gets noticed by the crew at CritRole. I'd love to get their reactions to this, especially Matt's lol
2) I do hope you continue this as a full-fledge project. You have a subscriber in me- How could I not realize how well Critical Role and Fire Emblem fits together? 😮

I love the rendering of Nott especially with her disguise and mask! Caleb maybe looks a little too clean and big-eyed, but it works. Everyone is amazing, especially Yasha, Molly and Jester. And I love that you based Fjord and Beau on the FE characters with the cotresponding voice actors. Great work! Love the other support videos, too! Subscribed!

I'm pretty sure all of them were modeled off characters in the games.

Fjord = Lon'qu (Awakening) (this one's fun, because Travis also voiced Lon'qu in the English version)
Beau = Oboro (Fates)
Yasha = Panne
I honestly would have to take some time to figure out Molly. Time I don't want to take.

Molly seems to be Gerome (Cherche's kid in Awakening) who is voiced by Orion Acaba
Also, Jester's Anna is the 6-fingered Anna.
I wish you hadn't pointed that out and that I hadn't just googled it. I've never noticed that before and now I'll never not notice it ever again

As someone who spent a large amount of their preteen and onward lifetime playing fire emblem, this makes me super happy! I love the sound bites and artwork for each of the characters, and the backgrounds are super well done too! This is awesome.

After learning more about Caleb, comparing him to Laslow progressively gets funnier and funnier. They are both horrible with people in their own special ways.

This is actually fantastic! I love fire emblem, I love D&D, and Matt Mercer was in Fire Emblem. It’s absolutely perfect and this video was very well done. I especially love the art style. It blends the characters from critical role with the fire emblem character portraits very well. You wouldn’t be able to tell who they were based on if you hadn’t played the game excessively (like I have).

This is so good! It feels so much like Fire Emblem, and you've expertly matched it pretty much word for word from the first episode. This is so super impressive
I must say, this breathtaking. I love what you did here with the art and how well you conveyed the feel of Fire Emblem Awakening. Those details like actual voicelines from the show, the button sounds and so much more are fantastic touches. This also underlines how amazing the player's roleplaying is. This is ,in my opinion, above fire emblem levels of dialogue writing and charm. And FE is game series I love for its character writing. And they do this improvised. I only discovered CR this year, and I am falling in love.
Was it done on purpose that Fjord used Lon'qu's base, and the voice actor for Lon'qu is Travis?
Oboro was Beau's base and Marisha Ray voiced her! (Along with Effie and Mikoto in Fates.)

OK, so Jester is Anna, Yasha is Pane, Fjord is Lon' Qu... I think Caleb is Chrom and Nott is Nowi... Beu MIGHT be Tharja? And Moly looks like Gaius, but the smirk throws me off... Virion? Anyhow, I LOVE THIS! It's spectacular, and while I haven't seen CR in a WHILE (still at the start of Campaign 1...) I've seen enough Animatics of these moments to notice the different personallities shining through.
I NEED this as a game now! Keep it up!
