Dont glamorize Irfan Razack. Hes done more behind the scenes dirty work than what an average person on youtube sees. There was once a time no land owner would sell to Prestige cause of the fear of fake currency ( read his story of his initial connections). So he decided if I cant buy land, lets encroach lands. So he ate up lakes, canals, basically acquiring land at zero value. And the rest is just growth after that. Now its brand building to clean up and give a goody goody picture for the next gen. They are just branded land encroachers. Nothing great. No rocket science involved.

Black money is kept within all. If taxes were reasonable, transparent every individual would have contributed for building a nation. Having acres of land , earning in crores but no tax , as a farmer...??? What a tax hack by law of India !!? According to me tax should be minimal and transparent !!!! No one gets happy to pay 30% of total income earned... Apart from this , GST to all the items who genuinely pay income tax !!!! It should be like discount /tax wavier for people who pay taxes , so that more people participate in tax contribution and eradicate Black money to some extent !!! Will it happen is the big question mark ‼️ because no benefits for tax payer (most of them are middle class and doing job ) in terms of free health and education like wise in developed countries.
