      Dan G I just heard the news about this guy. He was in an avalanche yesterday. I came here to learn about who he was. Always be prepared. Stay safe ✌🏻

    This guy is prepared, never can be too prepared. my uncle was killed in an avalanche 04 in BC Canada, they were professional riders and very prepared, they found him the next day due to weather shutting the search down the day before. They had the right equipment, but found out that he broke his neck getting blown through a tree. I think a lot of people don't think anything can happen to them out there, until its to late and something does happen. Very good video Rob people need to be over prepared when going out. Some people may think that they are too good of rider that they could get out of anything, my uncle was a pro rider and well he's not here anymore.

    One of a kind this guy. Last of a dying breed ! Didn't care about the fancy stuff and just loved being outdoors . Followed his antics when i got into snowmobiling after moving here from the UK. He was the guy who I always wanted to ride with .
    Rest in peace ✌ hope your family are being looked after ❤

    First Aid Kit , second pair of Gloves.. Tourniquet. I have never ridden in the Mountains but I have skied back Country via from Ski Resort Trails ..
    I often trail ride alone in MI.. Easy to walk to a road from a groomed trail ..
    Remember there are vast areas in the Mountains that have no cell phone signal...

    My Yamaha Attack is so heavy that I had a bag made to carry a come along in ..
    Now I have a Skidoo Renegade with Lin Q system very handy way to carry extra stuff besides a back pack.. My Skidoo back pack is too tall and hits my neck or helmut.. My Yamaha one is better for that reason.. Also I have a Camelback back pack with water bladder and Insulated tube ..

    Oh, try some metal zipties, they are VERY light and much stronger. Just something to look into, they won't tear so easy with sheetmetal fixes and such.

    With all due respect, as a pretty decent bushman, I have to say, that's probably more than needed. I think the most important thing is don't head out far alone. If you are going to, there's some other things I'd sure as hell hope you'd bring. The first one... a full tang quality knife, not folding.

    • @05TurboS2K
      @05TurboS2K 7 лет назад +2

      Paul Deknikker correct, really. I intended on that sounding humble, not here to boast about my accomplishments. Reasonably, the fact that the snowmobile has (some) fuel and a spark means you've at least got an easy fire if desired.

    He doesn't have all this shit in the back country videos? He doesn't even got a shovel , I wouldn't carry all that shit just don't go alone and tell people where you are going , but then again he's the pro

      Dan Poburan And then again, he's also got a film & support crew on those videos as well.
