I lost my mother before starting a family of my own, and listening to your childhood visit from Santa made me think back to my youth. My mother always crafted an advent wreath for our centerpiece. She was very talented and creative with crafts, sewing, pressed flowers, decorations, etc ..we called black Friday "gathering day" and she would take us for hikes in the woods to collect branches, greens, berries, etc for our advent calendar. And each week one of us lit a candle for advent.

My kind dad would bake peanut butter cookies & leave four on a plate with a glass of milk. He would do this while we were still awake. When there would be just some crumbs left & the milk gone in the morning…I’d go right into orbit. Yippee…Santa came ! Ps. You look absolutely stunning…your 5 minute makeup that took 15 minutes to apply. Stop laughing ! Always enjoy your videos…all of them.
