Jordan brand makes the best ball sneakers, by far. The flight speed technology is what does it for me and reviewers don't talk about it enough. The flight speed plate gives you at least a 20-30% boost on your first step and the J 33 is influenced by the vapor fly 4% carbon plate which increases the energy return pretty significantly. It's too bad Jordan brand is known for retros because people are missing out on the best performance shoes you can buy.
First off, let me start by saying WOW.… just WOW! I’ve been rocking with you guys since the reviews from the roof tops, since the walks down the alley and the trips to the laundry mats. Although I haven’t stayed on top of your content, it’s refreshing to see you guys consistently get better and better at the quality of your work. I’m awed at the level of quality and creativity, you guys always deliver originality in an industry that needs it. In short, thank you for inspiring me to grind hard and be at the top of everything I embark on. I send blessings to you.
This shoe looks complicated and the tech seems like it could break easily. Having said that, this is a very interesting shoe. I see some Jordan 3 in in this sneaker.
Joe Wiseman I’m not worried about the cable so much as all of the intricacies. Basketball shoes aren’t gold shoes. They do A TON of various movements in it and that’s a lot of strain day in and day out for people that only get one pair a season. Pros can get as many as they want but a high school kid... do all those moving parts work all year? That’s what I’m wondering. If this holds up then awesome. Love new tech.
@@gsneakerson24g-sneak62 ive destroyed golf shoes just by playing in them for a few months. You'd be surprised the amount of force that goes onto golf shoes.
If you Google Jordan 33 colorways, there’s an image of a bunch of fan photoshopped colorways, including a Black Cement and a True Blue. Total fire. That split color midsole and triangle wrap on the heel is straight off the 3. Put it in elephant print, and it jumps out at you. Hope they release it that way.
Tinker has been talking about this system for some time. The whole point of the mag system is that laces yanked tight have a negative impact on athletes’ feet. He wanted to be able to quickly unlace during timeouts, time on the bench, during free throws, and the be able to quickly lace back up when it was time to play, that way blood flow could return to players’ feet during down times. Hopefully these will allow that to occur? Or maybe they’ll break 6 weeks into the season and need to be warrantied. 🤷🏻♂️
I really wanna try a pair of these, cause I’ve never cared too much about materials (if it fits and doesn’t directly hurt or something I’m fine), that zoom air unit looks super comfy, and I wanna try out the fast fit system. Also, I think they look dope as hell, like a sneaker an astronaut would wear
They look good. The lacing is cool but needs a durability test. Don't like the price hike at resell. They also run a tad small on my foot so i wouldn't wear them for actual basketball.
I like them a lot. I have these already, and the Blackout Utility models are on the way. But I have absolutely no plans on wearing these to play basketball in them. They're more a stylistic choice for me. Cant say the same for the 29-32s. Stylistically those shoes just looked ass to me. And I think for the most part that's where the lack of excitement for the newer model Jordans come into play.
Tight and narrow even before it's tightened is an understatement. I have a narrow foot and DAMN! these are tight. I wanted to love them but I just kinda like looking at them at this point. And the fast fit system is CLUNKY at best.
I feel the videos here. Quality is all 100, you never really even see a channel where they put out videos everyday, and still seem to have great quality...much love🤟🏾
will wait for a different color. only will wear these indoor and i gets step on a ton while playing. hate looking at my white shoe with shoe print on it.
True. Jordan 29s are at the top of my list of all time ballin shoes. Some will kill the aesthetics of the Jordan 33 but they are always pushing the limits of technology/materials/design. Sometimes they hit and sometimes they miss but they won't stop trying.
Its a given that I enjoy the models of the past and what each one brought but I also look forward to seeing what they do each year with the next iteration in the line. Most definitely looking forward to playing in the 33s
The 28’s were awesome only downside was I had the soles on 2 pairs separate. 29’s another great shoe but I really liked the low tops better then the mids. 30’s were ok for me just didn’t fit my foot that well. 31’s I really liked the full length zoom. Traction wasn’t bad for me, I have 4 pairs of 31’s and one out of the 4 had bad traction. 32’s have been my favorite thus far traction was good impact protection was great. The 33’s I just can’t get into. Not a fan on how they look and feel like the speed fit is a gimmick. However I’m sure they will perform just like the others I have previously mentioned.
Salomons have a similar lacing system on their hiking shoes and the lockdown is incredible. I can see why it would work on a performance basketball sneaker.
It looks cool but I don’t think I’m gonna get them be of the strap things-I’ve hated those things ever since they put them on football helmets and always get stuck when your adjusting it
Some of the old Jordans weren't as popular when they released as they are now perceived, and definitely didn't sell out at all. The 1, 2, 8, 9, 10 for instance. People tend to forget that.
Yo. Spitting facts here. The 29 was the best modern Jordan. In function and style, the 29 was it. Jordan Brand really never took it as far as it could have gone stylistically.
I totally agree with you, i have all of them and i still come back to my 29s! Just picked up the 33s and I really dislike the strap down system and the release is also horrible, testing it now and its ok but again best balling shoe is definitely 29s

I got my normal size in jordans/nike and they fit bigger than any other shoe I've put on. Have about an inch of room
that's weird, that's what sucks about having to order them, glad I got to try on in store. At least with retros people know how they already fit.
