Hey Mistye, SAME! I have had this with 5 good healthy partners, and always had to end them because the thoughts were SO strong. But with my current partner I was like HELL NO im not letting this anxiety ruin it (thats what i thought it was) once i found out it was ROCD, its taken a HUGE weight off my shoulders now I know it is a real issue and can work on it !!! :) I hope you get better girl

@@bachnroll9657 Still suffering, OCD is a lifelong condition, but I am on medication now and have therapy. It’s really difficult at times, but I’m still with my partner and working on healing. Been 2 years of rocd which is crazy!

good day! Tell me, if there is some kind of addiction in a relationship, could it be with relationship OCD? My girlfriend can joke and tease me, before, at most, I could take offense a little and forget about it. And now any such joke severely offends and annoys me. Although I know that even despite this, she sits with me and loves me. Supports, affectionately calls. Do not mock, does not prohibit anything. But I'm fixated on quarrels as she called me names, although before that I didn't really care. And that only makes my OCD worse.

can you work on ROCD whilst being single?

I basically have had something like ROCD for about 15 yrs while single. It's played a heavy-hand in keeping me alone during that time. I too, wonder how to do ERPs for this while single.
I wonder if an ERP while single is: to date.
But date who? I start overthinking mate selection to like where all I see is the bad reasons for why I and a prospective mate don't line up as a match.

I live in France where this disorder isn't but just begins being known. I had asked to a psychic if I could do therapy with him, but he was overbooked and plus expensive. As others good therapists I think. Then I bought a book from Ali Greymond "how to heal from rocd" and since I had no money I was like "let's give it a try" after having had obeyed the advices, rules for overcoming that I felt so much better. For a long time. But now I feel like my recovery is fragile. I'm still afraid and still can't find an answer of whether this is a compulsion or not... But I wanna ask you, can we, with the biggest bravery and motivation, heal from rocd without any money. Because I don't have enough money, but I know I wanna heal so much more of the money I can earn someday.
    Thank you for an answer.

Hey, I am from a country where ROCD is not known at all. And I am in the same situation as you. I dont have money to book a therapist online, they are too expensive for me... I would like to know, are you doing better now?
