Polite correction in love: blockage to healing is not sin. The roman Centurion as far as we know was not a Christian, we don't know if his servant was a believer or not. But the roman Centurion put his FAITH in Christ because he understood the authority Christ had. Due to the victorious work of Christ ,Christians have the option to walk in the power, dominion and authority of Christ to cast out sickness because it's caused by the enemy. It is the enemy that would want you sick! Wisdom: You can't eat junk food every day ,for every meal and not expect diabetes, or obesity etc. In our own power if we ate the foods God made you would not have allowed the enemy to gain a foot hold in your life. Processed sugar will cause you to be a slave like those addicted to crack.
