Tom when i play padel, with certain swings my shoulder gets dislocated and i have to pop it back in, could you tell me why this is? I did zenith rotations before the match and used a band to warm up :(
Could need a lot more weight training for it, bottoms up kettle bell press and dumbbell shoulder rotations are good ones that you can start light with and progressively load
