After 3:04 if you want bigger
- ch1,1sc,1sc,2sc,1sc,1sc,2sc....sl st
- ch1,1sc,1sc,1sc,2sc,1sc,1sc,1sc,2sc...sl st.
Increase sc until get size you happy.

It looks like you do back loop only on the 3rd single crochet row and then into both loops on double crochet row but your written pattern on video specifies vice versa...its a nice pattern though ty for sharing.
