I cancelled my wedding and am putting the money towards getting a fixer upper in Scottsdale. I was anxious tackling a house myself but your videos have been extremely helpful and assuring!

You will not regret this decision!!! A wedding is a fleeting moment in time... Sure it's memorable, but a home will create memories for a lifetime AND be a great investment to boot. There is nothing fiscally smart about a wedding haha.

Haha make a space for yourself! Kick like 10% of his ass out of there and DIY a space of your own.
Just do it slowly and start with paint! Paint is cheap and makes a BIG impact! I actually swear by the Color place paint and primer combo you can get at Walmart. It is only $20 a gallon and in my opinion covers better than the expensive stuff

guys this is not a big thing but these shelving brackets work really well! i have had them in my room for a long time and it has not given me any problems. 10/10 would recommend
You needed a different box. The ones with nails like that is for new construction. They’re tongue and groove pieces how cool. I just love everything you dive into. I click the like button before I even watch......why??? Because I know I’m gonna love it.

Thanks for the awesome videos and ideas. Loving those small white shelf brackets for a smaller yet still beautiful design. Normally I use good ol' trusty black brackets from home depot like you used above for the black half wall! Excited to try a new project to my already long list of projects haha

I’ve been ITCHING to build myself a new desk! I watched hours of videos and didn’t resonate with ANY of them. & then of course you come out with a video with the PERFECT idea! Thank you for being a badass and inspiring me. I just made some wood shelves for under my bathroom sink and was scared using the circular saw for the first time, but I remembered how much of a badass you are, and I did it!! This is awesome. I love upcycled closets. Also, great idea to have the top baskets be basically invisible. She should have a foot stool to get to to the top baskets easily and then to use as a footrest when she's getting ready.

good deal on the electric work!! a lot of people shy away from it (me included) because it's kinda scary to mess with. i think working with romex is a lot easier at least but my old old house built in an urban area doesn't use romex :(
