got a SRT 2010 Purple 6.1 tremco its a beast and all you need to do it NOT to be scared how to use it,and take it to its limit!!!! ty for posting...Question what type and name of the tires on this one??? 10---10

All right guys, this is why the pavement is wet: This is in germany @ "Sachsenring". They offer a drift training, where you can bring your own car or rent one. And because the operators don´t want to waste all their money on new tires for their rental cars they keep the pavement wet.
@valakin If you knew much about drifting then you would know that they in fact oil or wet the driving surface before the heats take place. Doesn't matter what car it is or how heavy, fact is when you're rubbing tires against dry pavement, you will burn through your tires. And I know it isn't a drifting car I never said it was.
dude, i am diggin that wheel setup.... i kinda want those on mine. i wish there were a track around here that would water their pavement so we could go slide around without DESTROYING a $360 set of goodyear tires.
@s2knott: you're loosing about 1mm tire per day doing this from 9am till 5pm. doing stuff like that on dry pavement is absolutely stupid as you're tires are gone within a couple of minutes.
@renaultclio16v Or maybe they just didn't want to destroy the tires on a dry track. Or it rained on the day of the event and they didn't delay it. The video doesn't make it 'clear' at all.
