It's a ganache with a mousse center, and a cake bottom, and yes we do... I live in the usa too... in texas... yes we do. :D

@@katluver09 I think he/she means that it is difficult for them to find ones like in the video. I live in the US too, and I think it is quite common where I live! Tiramisu cake usually has a bottom layer of syrup. I live in Florida, btw.
