I doubt he's getting a pension, I believe he said 10 years backpay for a disability. He sounds like a scammer who joined the military and faked an injury.

Unfortunately, not enough people (excuse me....victims) are aware that if a video that has them in it, is uploaded onto RUclips without their permission, to make money from it (especially), they can go to the RUclips Privacy Guidelines section and, request that the video(s) be taken down due to the fact they weren't asked first. A lot of people have done and are doing this however, there is not enough to put a financial hurt on a LOT of frauditors. Especially those muppet bastards that actually have large numbers of followers, who make a very decent amount of money. Especially for not having to do back breaking work....or honest work full stop. HOPEFULLY, Chille's 6 month sentence will bring an end to his bloody channel. Thing is, unfortunately his duped fans are helping him raise a whopping $50k for an appeal attorney. He knows full well he'll be out long before there would even be an appeal for his misdemeanor sentence, if there would even be 1 at all! That could leave him pocketing possibly $50k, or maybe even more! I think I heard that by his 2nd day inside, there was already $16k raised for his initial e-begging plea for $25k....which he doubled the very next bloody day! What a load of bollox! Chille could very well be picked up in an expensive sports car, that he purchased from jail, for his driving away from jail day celebration lol. If he manages to keep his channel afloat from jail, giving instructions by phone....or physical visits....those followers who were stupid enough to give pint sized knobhead, Chille money, should unsub and find a new Constitutional law scholar to sub to lol. Only Chille would take a jab aimed at his ego, by calling him a Constitutional law scholar, and use it as his made up job title. I don't know who is worse.....Chille DeCastro OR, the Moorish American psycho....Sabir Bey. The ONLY difference between them is....1 is a white bloke and the other is black. What I find most offensive about this individual is his constant reference to his Veteran Status. Being a Veteran doesn't grant you any more Special/Rights or Privileges than the average citizen. His behavior would never be tolerated in any Branch of the Armed Services

What bugged me was his referring to his ststus as a disabled veteran to excuse his actions. As a disabled veteran of two confkicts and over 20 years of service i find that repugnant. Being a veteran, disabled or not, does not excuse lawlessness and his pure idiocy.

The ONLY motivation that led Chille to interfere in that traffic stop, was not to ensure the female driver was treated fairly. He engaged the officer to draw attention to him, create a heated exchange in order to have an exciting video for Chille's Delete Lawz RUclips channel. More and more judges are going to give frauditors jail, or even prison sentences. How frauditors aren't trampling all over RUclips's Community Guidelines, is a bit odd to say the least. Treating people like chew toys and playthings, not to mention pepper spraying them, should bring an immediate short term pause of frauditors' channels for the first offense, a week for a second and a third strike you're out, shutting all their channels down for good.

@@FAMILIA-TV Well, FW claimed he was a vet, too. I say this as a soldier, that we're all individuals in the service, but if you have any predilictions the military will intensify them. You go through the same intensive training, and sometimes it changes peoples' lives for the better. It makes you stronger. And it shows that people can be good soldiers but bad people. The character played by Ewan MacGregor is based on John Stebbins, who repeatedly raped his little daughter but still got a Bronze Star (off the top of my head) for his heroism in battle. I just read a story on twitter about a guy who was sworn in as a deputy, then ended the day arrested and in handcuffs for threatening little girls to send him nudes. It's hard not to conclude he joined up purely to get access to more victims and greater ability to intimidate them into obediance.

Like most frauditors, when the deputy asked the citizens standing around the scene if the frauditors language offemded them, there is a suspicious cut and no audio indicating their response. We are told by defendant that they said "no". Do I believe him, absolutely not. Get a job!

At 5:51 .... he is actually on private property, he is on an ""easement"" which is the property of the lan/home owner, the public easement is for the public to cross from one place to another , it's for ""passage"" not for hanging around for any length of time , there is no sidewalk , which is betwwen the road and the homes, so there is a public easement on the home owners property to allow passage for pedestrians ..... the police had every right to tell anyone hanging around on the public easement to go home or continue walking ....
