Also for others that are starting this again the talking ends around 4:55, to get you starter quicker. Did I get my splits in the first round, no way.. Did I notice difference, YES 🎉🎉🎉. loved the recommendation for the heat! I put my heater on 90degrees and put on sweatpants and my rose incense and it brought it all together! See you all tomorrow!

I'm all in simultaneously with your May movement calendar!!!! I haven't done a split in over 30 years!!! I'm going to have so much fun with this you already had me laughing in this first video.....the dry feet and don't let the first day take you out comment..... I was done 🤣🤣🤣
I've been practising pilates for about a year but still struggle with a lot of the moves due to my tight hips and hamstrings so this is going to be amazing for me because I had no idea where to start. This feels like such a safe space too and like I can go as slow as I need - thank you for doing this!!!
I'm just now getting to this challenge. It's awesome! I'm on day 7 and I'm doing it alongside a 15-day challenge called Breathe+Flow by Mindfully Kiki that I think was created around the same time🤔. OMG they work PERFECTLY TOGETHER💓 I'll try to remember to link it for others who may come here late as well or repeat it. I do the breathe and flow before workouts and the exhale to splits after the workouts.
My hips feel so good right now since I mostly sit all day for work. I like that I can move at my own pace, so I don't overdo it. Looking forward to day 2
I really enjoyed this. I laughed when you said your left hamstring is looser than your right and your right hip is more open than your left hip because my body is the same! Lol this was nice and pleasant. Thank you!

I started today. I’m 14 days late but I’ve been watching every video everyday. I was sick and finally feeling good enough to start. I’m extremely tight but I’m hopeful this will help.

I knew I needed to do some deep hip opening work, and when you announced this program my spirit was like, “yes! My hips and hamstrings are so tight and I have never been flexible, but training to do the splits should help all of that. This is a great challenge for the New Year! 💜💜💜
