Tonight I'll be whispering super close up ear to ear and veeeeery slowly to put you into a sleepy state and of course help you fall asleep!
This video includes guided deep breathing exercises, fluffy microphone sounds/brushing and also a short imagery exercise. I've included underwater sounds on the first half of the video that I hope you'll find soothing and relaxing, but of course you also have available the version with pure whispers only so you can choose what you prefer! (There might be some unintentional mouth sounds)

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

Having your voice in my ear is like having sleep pumped directly into my veins. It started at the back of my head and swept forward, and my eyes watered for a minute from how heavy it felt. Then all my muscles mellowed. The mental massage you were giving me was too much for me to stay awake. I watched this as I was working because I like watching videos that make me feel relaxed while I work. I literally was fighting to keep my eyes open. I loved this as well. The underwater as well as what sounded like to me Waves coming in and crashing.
Would love a 10 to 15 min sound like this with just the relax and underwater and waves. I can always hear the loop on calming videos and keeps my mind from relaxing and making me relax because of wondering if I just didn't hear this a few mins ago, as with loop audio.
I dnt mean to take from your gentle voice and ways of relaxing and helping me sleep at insomnia nights. Just when the world seems so noisy and just the audio from this is so well put together.

3. Become immune to it and I get sad
But underwater sound (which I think is the most relaxing sound on earth) combine with ear to ear asmr which is my personal moment asmr technique is just pure happiness for me. Putting me into coma
