OUTSTANDING Tutorial! I drove OTR/48 from '85 to '90 and I had my Cobra "peaked" and set for Talk Back and echo/reverb all done for 10 or 20 bucks at a TA in Terra Haute, IN.
That's when I sounded like a "big radio" lol. I loved trucking and I wish I never stopped but I got too close to the subculture and wasn't mature enough to resist it, (even though I was in my mid thirties).

i like the idea of that little plug in place of the dual control knobs. that would be nice to have if you had a radio without those kind of knobs

You are right, its more of a reverb not echo. Trucker style not what im looking for.

i like reverb not a huge fan of long echo. i have a magnum s-3 with the turbo echo but i run it to give just a subtle reverb. i may put this in my pc68 xl though. thanks for the video.
