It should be "I'm a 42-day old..." Day should be singular because it's an adjective.

@ItWasSummer No problem. English is a very difficult language, even for native speakers. Quite honestly, it's a terrible language because there are no rules, at least not real ones. I have no idea why it shouldn't be "I'm a 42 days old..." Why not? Let's make it simple and not worry about nuances that really shouldn't matter. Right? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
