One of my most memorable experiences flying in a helicopter over Kilauea I believe that was the volcano the one that's adjacent to Mauna Loa, it's always been erupting, it was back in the 90s I will never forget such an awesome experience. I got to sit in the front seat and it was freaking amazing!!
My son lives near the volcano, homestead like some mushroom hippy. He told me, he bragged about throwing firecrackers into the volcano just two weeks ago. This whole thing is his fault. I am so so sorry I failed as a father.
Hoping that it doesn’t cut the road. Would be nice to get funds to cut/grade a parallel low-speed gravel road. HI state govt is so complicated, it will never happen.

Build a bridge over the flow when it cross the highway.
