E00024-001
It is an error from developer unit toner sensor, if the toner in developer unit excessive or the sensor is covered with hardened toner stain, or sensor is faulty, this error occurs.
1. Clear the toner if too much in the developer unit (make sure no more than 50% of capacity) just like this video did
2. make sure the sensor surface in the developer is clean without hardened toner stain covered on it.
3. If you did both 1,2 step and error still there, do error clear in service mode under Function->Clear, clear 1-6th options, then it should work now
If you did all above properly, and still get same error, then your sensor maybe broken, need replace

Coba di clear error lewat program, kl masih error jg kemungkinan sensor developing yg bermasalah

732,,, ada kesalahan komunikasi dg scanner,
Cek bagian scanner, kabel2nya, power supply scanner, reader, board scanner,
Terkadang malah cm kabel cabut colok di bagian scanner,
