Pop singer Cher Lloyd tells Panorama's Declan Lawn about how her rise from anonymous teenager to national fame as a contestant on the X-Factor came with a darker side.
The teenager says she has been the victim of cyberbullying on social networking sites and subjected to racist attacks and even physical threats and urges young people to seek help if they are being bullied.

I just gain so much more respect for cher, I've been cyber bullied and i've cried myself to sleep some nights too But for her to go on television and talk about it and her willingness to help others with the same situation really opened my heart more. I love cher lloyed and i love her music

You will find as you go through life, that people who bully others are usually very frightened insecure people who are bullied themselves. Remember that fighting and bickering at school isn't always bullying, and that everyone involved is a person in need of guidance and support.

I can relate to this because I was bullied and I still have people who treat me like crap. I wish she didn't have to go through that no one deserves to get bullied or harassed and the ones that do it are jealous. I still remember my friend told me that what people say we are is what they think of themselves.

ok, as you may know Cher is from a place in England called Malvern, she went to summers park primary school and then moved on to secondary school at the chase tech, it was here that she repeatedly started fights with other girls and drove several people out of school with threats and abuse. After an episode including dragging a girl down the street by her hair she was perminantly excluded from the chase and later on she was also excluded from another school for similar acts.
its hard seeing someone like Cher Crying. its worst when that person you look up to cry's it just shows that celebrities dont have it good either.
