Fair - I'd use this for a flattish, hilly 50k, but hesitated using it during Leadville. There's also a weird "bounce-back" instability from the plate on rocks that freaked me out on my first few runs. Xodus Ultra is a safer choice for all around bounce, stability, technical terrain for the miles. Good review!
Spot on review. Hope they send you the new endorphin Rift to get you comparison thoughts. The Edge is great for races but the faster paces requires so much re-tying of the shoes to get the right balance between top of foot lace bite/pain and foot sliding/toe pain.
Really agree about the stability. I did one run in these and they have been sitting since. On beastcoast trails they are so unstable and dangerous. These are meant for a Tunnel Hill type race.

Glad to see you back posting videos!!
That shoe looks very interesting, at least for me that have wide feet.
Thanks Carlos!! Yes it would definitely work better if you need more volume up front

Yeah agree on the outsole ,I was out on a trail going over wet boulders and they were useless,I was standing still and still slipping

Fair enough!
