    Thank you very much Shirley. I exercise a lot and sometimes have problems with tension and pain. Your guides are very helpful. The one with the breathing was downright revealing. I set myself a card "Breathe, more slack" 😁

    Armweight in pianoplaying is a fallacy. Armweight is dead. Read the Vollendete Klaviertechnik by E.J.Bach and learn about what is the true active motor and become a better pianist.
