- Back with yet another 24 hour Fortnite Challenge, we'll be doing something different. The Weeknd is the max tier skin for Season 1 of Fortnite Festival, and I wanted to see if he can be unlocked in 24 Hours. This video is much shorter, and I do apologize for that, didn't know how to fully edit this one lol. 24 Hours to get the Chapter 5 Season 1 level 100 will be in the works soon, once I start it. Season 2 comes out tomorrow for this mode lol.

In the jam festival mode it used to be crazy for giving out XP while AFK but it got heavily nerfed to where you need to change the loop every two and a half minutes cause Epic hated how people exploited it lol

Just started playing Fortnite for the first time on Tuesday because I needed my fix from the lack of Rock Band. Saw that the Weeknd pass was ending in 2 days and I didn’t want to miss out on the inaugural fest exclusives so I GRINDED to 7k festival points and had to buy the rest. It hurt to have to do that but I did what I could with only having 2 sets of dailies available throughout that time. Seems easy enough to complete under normal circumstances though. Although, I play on Expert and get nearly 100% every time, they really should reward you more for playing more difficult modes successfully. It seems that the goals in the Gaga pass are trending that way with the wristband mechanic, which is nice.

Fortnite festival is great.I just started playing it like 10 days ago and I finished the free pass to 11000 points but it was rough even in that many days. This 2nd season is way better. They added more points and objectives.

This mode is actually not difficult to ‘grind’ you just need to do your dailies 🤷I usually play 1 set of 4 and on days where I got the time I play 2 sets or more- assume you’re gonna be there for a 15 minute session if you want to get through 4 songs- and that may sound bad- but realize that a full game of br takes longer
The problem is once I complete 3 dailies, the rest give me 5 and that would probably take forever to even do anything. if this wasn't a one day thing, 100% this would've been possible. very useful for the new pass though

Im actually glad this didn't succeed. I didn't realize the season ended before the BR one, so I was only at a little over 1,000 points 2 days before it ended. I grinded the gamemode like crazy and got around 8,000 points and was really disappointed I couldn't complete it (I wanted that Peely Guitar). When I saw your video, I thought for a minute that it was possible and I had messed up somewhere, glad thats not the case. Good video though.

Hey! Great vid!! I did the math 7 days before the deadline and decide it wasn't worth the grind. Also, I'm not fan of The Weeknd. This new season looks way better to me (since I really like Lady's Gaga music). New sub =)

I do believe it’s much easier to get Fortnite festival season 2 in 24 hours tbh, they made the challenges much easier and dailies give u more if u do 3 of them at first, 100 each, same with jam stage.

@@justwaterz also, weird thing to note.. Jam stage is kinda off, after 2 mins you need to repick the song/pick a different song.. for it to keep counting , idk why it does that but yeah
I heard they made leveling up WAY easier in Season 2 where you could even get it done in a day

Can confirm, I completed it in 14 hours total
I mean, thankfully the challenges are so easy even if you're not actively trying to get 5 stars and the highest score which score doesn't really matter anyways since it doesnt go towards the pass. If you do the bare minimum of playing a game with each instrument to finish the daily challenges, you'll eventually finish the pass. I finished it fairly quickly by just playing a little bit each day and still had like about 6 weeks before the pass ended.

Well to be fair the Festival Pass grind is only effective and fast if you’re good at the game. I managed to get The Weeknd in less than 3 days and Lady Gaga in less than 2
I know I'm days late into this video but you're right it is impossible to get this in 24 Hours even if you were to complete all the milestones, you still won't be able to even be close to 7K-10K but you can complete the festival pass in under 4 days or under a week especially if you play Jam Stage too, which crazy enough had gotten a boost in quest and points (I'm over 9K points in this lady gaga pass right now on Day 2)
I do recommend the rocket racing FREE SKIN quest, once they offer a new free skin next season like Jackie because it is possible to unlock that under a 24 hour period, but I'll still be a challenge nonetheless

It’s a shame I learned about buying tiers at the end of this last season. I suck at festival and never made it past the first tier. I’m hoping to chop away 10 minutes a day to get Lady Gaga.

I don't really enjoy the Fortnite festival and I refused to buy tiers after paying 20 bucks so even though I love The Weeknd I didn't buy this festival pass and his skin in the item shop but this time they came up with Lady Gaga. I love her songs too and I really like her battle pass skin so I though I could give this shit another try. I bought the festival pass and played for an hour. While I playing my wife made me a toast. I looked at the toast and my toast was getting bigger. Everything was moving shaking and getting bigger. I f*cking hate this game mode.
this made me laugh because I was making fun of one of my friends for trying to grind the last few items in the festival pass on the last day and also ended up giving up and buying the rest.
I gotta say though, it is possible, I did it with the lady gaga one, but I didn’t have work that day and started as soon as the update came out and before the daily quests reset, so that normally would have taken 2 days. I also really love rhythm games so it didn’t really feel like a grind
it looks more possible this season since it has more to work with. will certainly give it a shot

Hey dude, I understand you don't play festival as your main mode (You're literally not playing on expert). So you don't understand a lot of the mechanics going on here. When Lady gaga dropped I was able to get to poker face in less than a day so it's definitely possible to get this in 24 hours. You went to jam stage and i don't think you realized the songs you play are shorter so that's why it didn't count for you once a song finishes you either have to pick a new song or restart it for the timer to count towards it as it is to stop people from cheating and AFK grinding. Also I noticed you complain about the pricing on the festival pass but I don't think you realize that for the other Rockband games if you wanted to play a song in squads that would cost you 6 dollars and you get 4 songs from the premium pass. Which would cost 24$ then you get instruments that cost 1k vbucks and a icon skin that usually go between 1500-2000 with epic original battle passes they don't have to pay for licensing so they can afford to make them 950 but with these the music companies need a large cut of money as music is extremely expensive.
Lady gaga is 100% doable (as I've already got her in a day for my main account) since the challenges give more, the weeknd didn't give enough within the time frame I was grinding for. I'll admit festival isn't my main mode but difficulty wasn't an issue for this video, for gaga however, difficulty will be very important. For pricing, I feel like it's too overpriced considering fortnite is usually good at pricing things somewhat reasonable, but I'll buy it either way lol

4000 more than what you spend and mini passes are like 1200
