If you think that this map is a joke, go for modmaps as "Canadian Shield", "In the Village", "Fresh Work", "Highway Haulin" and so on. Any of these is made better than this season.
I keep Ford scout on generator since he can use big trailers and its relatively small and fast to move around, and he has enough power and weight to help trucks if you flip somewhere close
I have tipped so many trucks here. Royal BM17 was my go to truck for this region but had to let her go. Fantastic truck but that terrain hurts me in my meow meow.
Best truck for racing : the twinsteer for the track, for anything else: the tayga king with bubble tires, 7gear gearbox thingy and best engin, keep it in high gear nearly 24/7 out of straight lines(with low resistance) and launch, try and keep it on shallow areas for water race and you’ll win easily against anything else
I know it is the wrong forum but where are my Gran turismo replays!? Cannot get to them anywhere. Anyway, Hi Ben hope all is good with you ( like the new merch, bought a new suite recently and got some fave channels printed on it ) my beloved has gone nuts for printed cushions and throw cushions. Must admit, my little gaming corner looks pretty fine now she has attacked it! Bless her fine job done.
I would love to see your ideas on racing in this game. After unlocking the Sprinter I played around with different tires and gear boxes but didn't really notice much difference in performance. Am I just a broken, hopeless case of failure?? Help me Ben Griffin, you're my only hope!
I think the Sprinter isn't great, I'd go for trucks with AWD and Diff Lock always on, then slap on the fastest engine and High gearbox. TwinSteer, Tayga 6436, Royal BM17 and a few others are noticeably speedier. Or try out a mod truck. I should look at that video.
@@ATribeCalledCars I agree. I've been using the Twinsteer or the ANK for most of my racing. It's pretty disappointing that the RACING truck isn't the fastest truck in the game. But I guess if I wanted logical, I wouldn't be playing Snowrunner😂
@@ATribeCalledCars almost completed fully michigan next rus, alaska then I'll buy year pass for sure thanks mate. Also I'm almost 120 hours in game, I like to explore and do all missions before leaving the city 🤓
Bear in mind that once you buy one you can no longer buy the season pass, if I remember correctly. If that's not an issue, I'd say Phase 1, 2, 3 and 5 are good for enjoyment, Phase 4 for sheer difficulty and the Zikz 605R. Worth seeing some gameplay from all of those. Phase 7 is a bit short and 8 isn't here yet.
@@SlickCameBack My review of Phase 6 may help, I'd probably go with that as there are some cool things to see and do. But Phase 3 is enjoyable too although I'm less keen on logging.
I've been using the trailer store as a fuel/repair station since day one. It's so hard to get anything done on a single tank of gas, and there's a severe lack of fuel stations. Even fewer repair stations. Gonna make a game where offroad trucks can burn through a hundred gallons of gas in 30 mins and can completely destroy their suspension hitting a small rock? Well, I'm gonna cheat to keep them refueled/repaired then.
You don't need a fuel trailer. Once the trailer store is unlocked, it's unlocked permanently regardless if the generator is there or not. So when the generator run out of fuel, just tow it forward 10 feet, sell it, buy a new generator (which comes with full fuel), reverse it 10 feet, your good to go. No need for for fuel trucks or fuel trailers to keep the generator going.
If you think that this map is a joke, go for modmaps as "Canadian Shield", "In the Village", "Fresh Work", "Highway Haulin" and so on. Any of these is made better than this season.
agreed, the Norwegian mod map is awesome as well, I don't know why the devs don't get modders to make all the maps for the game. 🤔🤔🤔
I really enjoyed this map. I love the lights at night.
It's got a cool vibe.

just starting the game so these tips are pretty helpful
Glad to hear it :)

Snowrunner Racing video please!
yes please! :D
I shall see what I can do!

best trucks for "The Ring" track are Royal BM17 and Loadstar 1700 - IMHO. For offroad races ANK and Tayga are pretty good.
For me best for track is Step 33-64 “Crocodile”, only truck which got below 1:40 on single player race..
More content! Yay!
Cheers!
Nice one asual Ben 🤗
Cheers, Bryan!

Hey Al. I have no idea, hopefully you found them! As for the gaming corner, sounds cool to me. You can never have too many cushions. Apparently...
I'm new to snow runner. Do I need to finish 3 regions before will be able to move to for example cosmodrome? Playing on Xbox series X
Nope, you can move anytime although some maps will require you to be a higher level for superior upgrades.
I just completed all of Phase 7 last night, (07/10/2022) except for the co-op challenges.
Nice, very speedy.
Do you need to complete the co-op challenges for it to show 100% on your player profile?
@@aatuhakala Sadly, YES...

Is any of y’all’s mods then deleted like limes Duramax and Ford obs
Give me unrealistically overpowered mod trucks anyday. Smashing good fun.
Hell yeah, some of the most fun you can have.
Can you please tell me what you meant by phase 7 is not difficult does that mean which one is the best for difficulty or tell me certain order!
Amur is hardest overall, then Imandra. After that, it depends.

I hope phase 8 is better than phase 7
Like you say the map terrain was good , but the map lacked content compared to other maps for me , & to easy 👍
videos a bit late, finished this phase two weeks ago. 🤔🤔😀😀
Yes, it got a little bit delayed. Oops...
Season 8?
Hopefully details soon!

No need for for fuel trucks or fuel trailers to keep the generator going.
You can do that but I find it faster to park a fuel trailer, which also works for refuelling trucks in the area, than to keep parking the generator.
I replaced the "vanilla" generator once delivered with a mod one that had 15,000L of fuel onboard. 😀😀😀
@@markrowe8824 Best of both worlds!
I never would have thought in a million years to do watchtowers or use high speed trucks for races. Absolutely mind blowing tips there
Can't wait to see your tips video on the subject then.
Not everyone is a SnowRunner veteran, hence some videos have basic tips tailored to each region. You can't please everyone ;)
Phase 7 was so long ago- seems like it since it was So Small w/contracts- Big Disappointment
