Beethoven - Für Elise - Beautiful Piano music

I am a trained musician and have dedicated my life to music - I worked as a lecturer in organ, piano and choir and orchestra conducting at a music college for 12 years. But a serious illness forced me to give up my job over 30 years ago.
Despite two bouts of cancer and many challenging life circumstances, with God's help, I survived. Most recently, I was in hospice for six months due to pancreatic cancer, but God had other plans for me and I was allowed to return home.
At over 72 years old, I am now sitting down at the piano again, my greatest passion. On this channel I play a variety of piano literature and improvise my own pieces to give people courage and hope - the hope that I have been able to experience again and again.

I normally don't care for Beethoven, but this is beautiful. To think, he was deaf and couldn't hear his own music! How sad for him.

@@SiegfriedDieckmann Ordinarily, I find his music a bit heavy. I think he had a lot of sadness and heartache in his life, and he may have been angry when composing his 5th Symphony. I read one biographical account which said that women couldn't abide him because he could be "unreasonable and surly."
