Its called law of atracction everything in your mind becomes reality in your physical life if you have no doubts that you will achieve your goal and live life positive and always believing you will reach that goal

My dad built/designed the HVAC system for this house he was the brains behind the project. I remember being able to tour the house with my father after it was completed, i was about 8-10years old. They also had a huge house party and I remember my mom dressing so beautifully for the party. So many memories brought back seeing this home

Out of all the areas I've been researching, Las Vegas for me seems to be #1 in Luxury homes per price/taxes/sq ft. and beauty. #2 California and #3 Arizona. CA over AZ only because of the better views. Vegas is my pick. Now, I just gotta research what traffic and the people are like there.
Tony D no problem! Way better real estate market than areas like LA that overcharge per square foot. Traffic isn’t bad (except rush hour but that’s anywhere). 24 hour city, no state tax, great business opportunities. Wish you all the best!

Shy of 14,000 square feet! I saw 10 central air units to keep that house cool in the summer. I'd put a gang load of solar panels in the back of that casino of a house to help knock out that electrical bill.
