Uh, I see that some of them aren't wearing their 'surgeon's' caps (headgear) in the supply room, wonder how THEY got away with that? I worked in Houston's V.A. hospital's Logistics Dept. and WE had to wear protective caps while working in that department.

Because it is a NON STERILE AREA, and completely removed from from any OR"s or Sterile parts of the Hospital.
