Is this man justified why they charging more? The agents in chicago are charging $70 to $80. They will tell you no more appointment online. Walk in is $70 or you pay $50 for registration and $30 for processing. All this is exploitation.

The NIN offices will be sold and distribute the money among the top officers or turn it into abandoned projects like political parties houses. The national I.D what's the value today. I enrolled last month and have not yet heard anything, the center at California here told me that Abuja Network main office is down. How can a whole country servers down.
Those agencies do not have the accreditation to collect confidential and sensitive data. In Canada, organizations have to be PIPEDA (The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) compliance . In Europe, you have to be GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant. America does not have a general law, but there sectoral laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Maryland's SB 613 Bill, Hawaii SB 418 Bill etc. It takes someone to raise this issue with the appropriate authorities for the whole data collection exercise to be shut down.
Don’t think the consulate in New York can handle that when you will renew your passport from them for more than 1 year you have gotten your passport and is the NIN they can then handle
