You've missed the best one. "So, did you swallow?"
This is just my opinion, but I think a lot of the zingers are not off-the-cuff. The ones on my list, there is a good chance they were not premeditated and an unexpected retort or comment made it amusing.
The "Did you swallow?" comment came right after a video, I feel it was lined up. So, too, the "I am gonna ask Channel 9 for a G-spot" or "Tim's my long stabby thing".
To take nothing away from the comedic value of these moments, of course.
