As soon as he offers to loosen the cuffs he knows he's made a mistake
the biggest mistake is he just declared at 6:18 he knows "the people involved in this incident have BOTH... run away and have been FOUND to be in possesion of weapons"... but the police has clearly stated based on no evidence that @AuditingBritain has been identified as a person involved... but he just told AB that he knows the 2 people that he knows are involved have run away... which means he clearly, knowingly and concisely told AB he knows he is wrongfully detaining him and has no evidence basis... theres no reasonable doubt about it in a court of law... i hope AB sees this so he knows hes got a solid case!!
But he still carries out the search, because someone in handcuffs lies to them, what a joke!!!!

It is an unlawful search if they don't document and record it these unlawfully searches have even happened to myself outside my house where no search record was even given to me from the detaining officer everything has to be documented recorded when carry this out and ground and reasons for the search and the powers they used while conducting the search
They cannot detain you in that situation. They don't have legal grounds to. There are a few legal grounds to detain someone but that isn't one of them. He's committing an offence there. Allegedly.

Say for example; during the search they found items or property which they ASSUME came from a crime scene, they could has escalated this into something it isn't, maybe even an arrest. AB then would have had to go through to process of proof of ownership which is very time consuming.
So yes, it is perverting the course of justice, and false allegations can lead to some life changing scenarios.

Malicious attack on AB for filming them
He didn’t think about would follow up on the search record and I’d say he was panicking because his paperwork is not up to date and that’s why they were covering for each other.
Better to just ask for a senior officer sergeant or inspector and that will drop all of them right in it & he will be called back to the police station immediately for his report.
Anyway he just didn’t like the fact someone had the audacity to disregard him and continue filming that’s why he got heavy handed.

The Police Officer should have to validate and confirm ( Independent Monitoring or Solicitor)the person who has reported AB as a suspect and if found lying should be dismissed, sounds like make it up as you go along. 😢

Let's also mention the fact that the dog is not interested in AB at all. A police dog that appears in public with a policeman has already passed the necessary training, especially in Western countries. Dogs who are not ready, who do not listen to commands or who are unbalanced are not allowed to walk. It's not the dog's fault at all, the cop has no idea what he's talking about and wants to make the situation more dramatic than it is...
I think the dog is in better control of its emotional responses than its handler, who seemed to admit he cannot control the dangerous weapon that is in his custody.

To all those wondering why AB deleted his latest video, it's probably because several of us called him out for bullying a man at work. If the dog's so uncontrollable that he needs to keep members of the public away from it, then it's a DANGEROUS DOG and shouldn't be allowed in a policing role, although it's more likely he's talking BS and the dog won't attack unless triggered by movement, running, shouting, etc....

If a reasonably firm person is afraid of being bitten, the dog is out of control in a public place and the officer becomes guilty of an offence.
If someone made a false allegation against you then you should be able to claim redress through the civil courts.If that is the case the police should be required to give you the name.

PC Wood probably never put the search record in the system in the hope that AB would just not bother trying to obtain it. Once someone turns up at a police station asking for the record they contact the officer who begins the process of entering the details into the system, no proof of wrongdoing but we all know what their game is. AB please invoice the Chief constable for your time, keep sending the invoices getting more threatening with each one eventually raising it to petty debts. Wood distinctly told you he would provide a record of the search after the search was complete, he lied which has caused you wasted time and effort, the local force should be accountable for this. Keep a copy of each invoice sent for future reference.
Odds on he has the paper search records in his pocket, in his colleague’s pockets or in the glove box of one of the three police vehicles present anyway 😅

Its a form they "should" carry it or as one commenter "not carry out the search" otherwise its far to easy to "forget" and it happens, along with "faulty memory cards" or just missing video files.
