+BaDkiLLeR1100 The program is called Adobe After Effects and you have to pay for using it. But you can get a 30 day trial when you go to their page. Both Mac/PC :D adobe.com/aftereffects

Oh, its just the version of after effects. If you have After Effects CC 2014 or newer, then you got the blue ctrl's 😊

+Aleyna Gundogdu kinda if you watch the flash they put a green screen behind the actor. make the actor or actress look like they are running but really they are in the same place and the background is moving fast behind them and that is where green screen comes in ;)
