Moon Knight actually hasn't had enhanced abilities for a long time and originally did not possess them. They appeared to manifest after a battle with Werewolf-by-Night and may have been a kind of psuedo-werewolf infection. However, Moon Knight hasn't possessed any enhanced physicals under moonlight for ages and is a man who knows how to fight with and without powers. Much like Batman, he also has various weapons and gadgets on his person at any given time, as well as vehicles he can call upon remotely. It was also made clear that when Moon Knight is in costume, not even Task Master can copy him. He has even defeated Deadpool in direct combat upon realizing that Wade wouldn't die no matter how badly injured he was. This allowed Moon Knight to fight without restriction. Moon Knight also wears a mask so sleeping gas and other such methods of attack against him won't work. One of Moon Knight's most notable attributes is his sheer endurance and pain tolerance. Even being tortured, his back cut open and his spine tugged on with surgical clamps, he still managed the strength to kill a cyborg that physically outclassed him. Moon Knight often is pitted against those stronger than himself and has defeated and/or escaped from entire super-powered teams. Which included a team of Thunderbolts that included, at the time, Venom on its roster. Plus, during Marvel's Civil War event, Moon Knight was such an unpredictable wild card and so intimidating, that Iron-Man wouldn't meet with him alone in Moon Knight's own base and instead had arrived alongside dozens of SHIELD agents. It should also be noted that Moon Knight also possessed Adamantium Armor at one point and wore it to contain a magical virus he was afflicted with. He's also had numerous armored costumes and armors in his arsenal. One of which he used to keep a building from collapsing by locking its joints and using it support the building while he exited the armor and fought off a bunch of jacked up mental hospital escapees who'd all been augmented to be several times stronger than normal. Moon Knight has even used his DID to defeat the mutant X-Men Rogue by simply allowing her to touch him. His mind is so warped that Rogue completely lost control of herself and the powers she had absorbed at that point and blacked out from the mental stress. A last thing to note is that Moon Knight isn't reliant upon Khonshu's instruction and advice. In fact, he regularly shirks it since Khonshu has a tendency towards ruthlessness, even when Marc Specter himself had been trying to rebuild his image by not crippling and mutilating criminals. There is also the fact that Moon Knight itself is an alternate personality that exists within Marc Specter. Moon Knight itself is the embodiment of the Moon's Vengeance and Justice. His resources and unpredictability make him a dangerous enemy and ally alike. Who has fought his fare share of both heroes and villains. With the comparison to Batman, perhaps the one thing they truly share is their sheer determination. Though perhaps their greatest point of difference is how Batman will avoid taking a hit whenever possible, whereas Moon Knight will take the hit if it means hitting back twice as hard.
I'm not sure how well this interraction would go. Moon Knight is completely insane. In a confrontation with Taskmaster, he immediately crashes into him with an airplane. He will not stop and doesn't care about himself or his surroundings. Any attempt at containing him must be done as far from any living organism as possible because the collareral damage he will cause just to try to get you is going to be insane.
Contingency Plan Idea: Billy Butcher more specifically the comic version of Butcher where he tries to kill all Supes and takes a version of Compound V that only gives him enhanced strength and I think speed

What I really like about this is the idea that Batman isn’t just as unstable, if not more so than Moon Knight. Say what you will about Spector, but at least he sleeps. This is why Batman doesn’t really need a contingency plan to beat Moon Knight. Marc Spector’s fractured psyche just isn’t on par with Bruce Wayne’s PTSD. Wayne’s dysfunction is so dominant, it allows him to regularly override major biological drives-like the need for sleep or feeling pain. Bruce Wayne could probably teach Michael Myers a thing or two about “walking it off.”
Both of the things that you cite for Batman are cannon abilities for Moon Knight as well, if not MORE prevalent. In fact, Moon Knight's fighting style when it comes to non-enhanced individuals, such as Batman, is to tank every blow as punishment and penance for what he did before he took up the mantle. To paraphrase Taskmaster: Moon Knight is like a .45 caliber bullet, it will leave a hole in your body and soul, but it won't care at all about how mangled it gets in the process. Moon Knight has been stabbed, blown up, sliced open, had his bones broken, and shot all in the same fight, but still came out as the winner, walking out under his own power. He would fight both Batman and Michael Meyers at the same time, beat them while suffering severe damage, and walk away calling them wimps. To be clear, even Wolverine and Deadpool, two characters WELL known for sucking up the pain and not dodging incoming attacks, won't try and out endurance Moon Knight, because even with their enhanced abilities and pain tolerances, Moon Knight CAN win, and HAS with Deadpool. Batman won't win a pain endurance contest, in any way, with Moon Knight. Sleep is also a thing you might THINK he needs, but sometimes it is one personality that sleeps while another is in control, so it isn't even a given that Moon Knight is going to sleep unless he has been rendered unconscious, and for some reason Khonshu didn't activate another personality to keep the fight going. The best chance for Batman is to already be in one of his more advanced armors and blindside Moon Knight with overwhelming force to put him down in one or two hits, then immobilize him in something fairly solid that doesn't allow him leverage. The longer the fight goes between these two, the further it swings in Moon Knight's favor. Something to consider, Iron Man won't even try to confront Moon Knight without a team for backup, and he is at least as capable of planning ahead to take down an opponent as Batman. Even then he doesn't count it as a done deal because Moon Knight has beaten entire teams solo, including a couple of different Avengers teams and the Defenders. Edit: Formatting

Small clarification on DID: The actual term for them is “Alters”, not personality. They’re more like a completely independent person that have their own history’s and such. They can sometimes meld and become brand new Alters and their own individuality. They should all be treated respectfully and carefully, because they are by all rights their own person inside of a system. It’s a very difficult and diverse thing and requires some research to get close understanding about. Just wanted to clear something up for you so you don’t get into trouble over this. It’s not easy and it took me time to understand it myself. I have a similar thing myself and a Partner who has a massive major system themself. Just be aware of that, ok? ☺️Nice video regardless.
I think the Moon Knight miniseries showcased better what DID looked like and the alters too. From my unerstanding, it often stems from childhood trauma where the main consciousness is creating new alters to protect itself. Correct me if I'm wrong, my understanding is not that good.

It is as you described it: Strong childhood trauma creates the system in order to protect the individual, with many kinds of Alters coming into being to help protect the system. Gatekeepers for example hold many of the repressed memories that are kept from some of the other alters or even the Host themselves. Trauma holders tend to be the most delicate and sensitive ones, being the ones that directly form out of the Trauma themselves and sometimes affect the physical body and in some occasions, go into the Self harm aspects. There’s many, many layers to it and that’s just to name a few examples from what I’ve learned and understood about it myself. The worse the Trauma, the bigger the system. They can range from just a few Alters, to easily the hundreds. And it takes a long time to heal from and the amount of therapy required to reintegrate the system into a single self again. It’s definitely something that’s worth learning about, because although it’s just one physical body, it’s a LOT of different people inhabiting it and they are all their very own person. It’s quite the dense subject, but the Moon knight series does an amazing job showing what it’s like. ☺️ But yeah, I only wanted to give you a small bit of clarification, but you’re otherwise pretty close on your comprehension. If you’d like me to give you any additional information about it or have further questions, I’ll do my best to answer them. ☺️

To be clear, even Wolverine and Deadpool, two characters WELL known for sucking up the pain and not dodging incoming attacks, won't try and out endurance Moon Knight, because even with their enhanced abilities and pain tolerances, Moon Knight CAN win, and HAS with Deadpool. Batman won't win a pain endurance contest, in any way, with Moon Knight.
Sleep is also a thing you might THINK he needs, but sometimes it is one personality that sleeps while another is in control, so it isn't even a given that Moon Knight is going to sleep unless he has been rendered unconscious, and for some reason Khonshu didn't activate another personality to keep the fight going.
The best chance for Batman is to already be in one of his more advanced armors and blindside Moon Knight with overwhelming force to put him down in one or two hits, then immobilize him in something fairly solid that doesn't allow him leverage. The longer the fight goes between these two, the further it swings in Moon Knight's favor.
Something to consider, Iron Man won't even try to confront Moon Knight without a team for backup, and he is at least as capable of planning ahead to take down an opponent as Batman. Even then he doesn't count it as a done deal because Moon Knight has beaten entire teams solo, including a couple of different Avengers teams and the Defenders.

Small clarification on DID: The actual term for them is “Alters”, not personality.
They’re more like a completely independent person that have their own history’s and such.
They can sometimes meld and become brand new Alters and their own individuality.
They should all be treated respectfully and carefully, because they are by all rights their own person inside of a system.
It’s a very difficult and diverse thing and requires some research to get close understanding about.
Just wanted to clear something up for you so you don’t get into trouble over this.
It’s not easy and it took me time to understand it myself. I have a similar thing myself and a Partner who has a massive major system themself.

I think the Moon Knight miniseries showcased better what DID looked like and the alters too.
From my unerstanding, it often stems from childhood trauma where the main consciousness is creating new alters to protect itself.
Correct me if I'm wrong, my understanding is not that good.
@@MultiversalWiisdom you’re pretty damn close on the money there in your understanding.
It is as you described it: Strong childhood trauma creates the system in order to protect the individual, with many kinds of Alters coming into being to help protect the system.
Gatekeepers for example hold many of the repressed memories that are kept from some of the other alters or even the Host themselves.
Trauma holders tend to be the most delicate and sensitive ones, being the ones that directly form out of the Trauma themselves and sometimes affect the physical body and in some occasions, go into the Self harm aspects.
There’s many, many layers to it and that’s just to name a few examples from what I’ve learned and understood about it myself.
The worse the Trauma, the bigger the system. They can range from just a few Alters, to easily the hundreds.
And it takes a long time to heal from and the amount of therapy required to reintegrate the system into a single self again.
It’s definitely something that’s worth learning about, because although it’s just one physical body, it’s a LOT of different people inhabiting it and they are all their very own person.
It’s quite the dense subject, but the Moon knight series does an amazing job showing what it’s like. ☺️
But yeah, I only wanted to give you a small bit of clarification, but you’re otherwise pretty close on your comprehension.
