Trump started this back in 2017 when he imposed tariffs on China’s exports to U.S. Now with the new proposed tariffs, China will be cutting U.S. off completely and instead going to other countries for business. More unemployment and higher inflation in our future.

I am Chinese, let me explain briefly. China's key raw materials come from the byproducts of aluminum products. It takes 100 million tons of aluminum to refine 1 ton of raw materials. The United States does not need so much aluminum in industry, but it needs 50 million tons of electricity to produce aluminum. So the United States needs to build power plants first, and the advanced key equipment of power plants comes from China. The result is clear that the United States can get key materials, but you need to pay a very high price. No one will pay for it, and it will take a long time. By then, China has broken through the Chinese technology blockade.

There is a reduction in profit growth but the market is pricing Chinese equity as if there is no profit growth. Combine with the devaluation of the yuan and American, Asian, India and Japan other stock market pricing in future earnings before it even happen. It make no sense to sell or to not buy Chinese stock unless you think the CCP will collapse in the next 5-10 years. State one defensive stock with yield between 6-10 percent and a payout ranging from 28-40% depending on industry standard is the golden range. Ontop of that if you buy it through the Hong Kong stock exchange there is zero capital gains or dividend tax. Hong Kong stock compliance regulation also better than if you buy directly from China.

I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of
information can be a big hurdle. I've been
making more than $200k passively by just
investing through an advisor, and I don't have
to do much work.. Inflation or no inflation, my
finances remain secure. So I really don't blame
      people who panic.
