Honestly I rewatch your old “what’s in my fridge” videos all the time : I find them the perfect mix of calming and inspiring! Plus I live in a very remote Canadian location so it’s awesome to see all the cool special grocery extras like seasoning, juices (😍) and pre- cut things that I don’t have access to here. A girl can dream! Thanks Ang! 🙏🏻

Thanks for sharing your grocery haul. It's great to watch and get some ideas for my meal prepping. I do not like grapefruits either. I'm originally from Florida and they grew in our yard and I just COULD NOT acquire a taste for them.

You did say grape fruit.. I think it’s too sour to eat like an orange but it makes yummy juices had a tree in my yard growing up they were huge though

Very interesting, a lot of people feel that you should avoid nightshades bc of inflammation. Curious of your thoughts. Also, do you freeze the fresh fish? I always buy meat and seafood every three days bc I hate how it tastes once it’s been frozen.

Huge amount of plastic!! It would be nice if you had some reusable net bags for the vegetables or something like that to reduce the quantity. ;)

Hi, I’m a little late
Revisit your nightshade vegetables research. It's the opposite of what you've said in the video. Nightshades are pretty awful for your liver and really not that great overall for your body.
Happy to provide some extra research for you. I happen to have a liver condition and I can't eat nightshades if avoidable.
