    Thank you so much for sharing how you created this template!!!! I have watched the video about 20 times before I started then created it step by step but when I cut the offset piece I have both big and small diamond patterns even though my offset outline looks identical to the one you created but does not look like the one you added to the tumbler I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong 😞can you help??? Also love watching all of your video's you do such gorgeous work!

    I appreciate the specs to make this template, and have already followed along and put it in design space. My question is how did you figure out what the dimensions should be?

    • @crystaluv3313
      @crystaluv3313  2 года назад +4

      You can measure the height and length of your tumbler. Then in design space unlock your template and add your demensions for the height and width. Then lock your dementsions

  • @lisamaginnis1148

    This tumbler is BEYOND gorgeous. I Do you think this could be cool in bold colors like Red/White/Black? Question.... to add names, would you leave off one section of rhinestones and put the name up that one side?

    • @crystaluv3313
      @crystaluv3313  2 года назад +1

      Thanks! I made it to fit a 20oz skinny but if u unlock your dimensions in design space u can customize the size of the template to fit your tumbler

    I'm confused. In the tumbler video, the diagonal lines all look like they go in a perfect straight line. This doesn't look quite the same.

    • @crystaluv3313

      I like to use removable vinyl for my templates, they are easier to remove later and don't leave.a sticky residue

    Any suggestions on scaling the template for a different size tumbler, I prepped a 16 Oz hog, not even thinking that it was a different shape?

    • @crystaluv3313
      @crystaluv3313  2 года назад

      In design space, unlock the size dimensions,
      Then type in your height and width of your tumbler. Then lock the dimensions before cutting

    Thank you for sharing. All of my tumblers are slightly tapered and so the template will not fit. What do you suggest since the top is larger than the bottom? I am new and trying.

    • @crystaluv3313
      @crystaluv3313  2 года назад

      I am not very good at creating a template for tapered tumblers. I put this one on my tumbler, then piece together vinyl strips to fit to the taper. Since it's a peekaboo it's more forgiving

    • @akarph

      The silhoutte software (the business edition) has a function conical, I think and you can purchase without buying the machine. Where you enter the measurements of your tumbler and it displays the shape your template should be. Maybe you could slice the image over the template. I've never tried. I've always used full wraps on straight tumblers.

      You can use the measurements she gives for a diamond. Then use the Replicate button to go to the left and down. Then, do your offset, grab your offset, move the diamonds aside and you're done.

    • @tiffanysreviews
      @tiffanysreviews 2 года назад

      @@susiematherne5766 I don’t understand are you just using the offset diamonds? Or are you cutting with the original and offset?

    • @crystaluv3313

      If you have cricut design space there is an offset option near the top of the screen
