Mixed outlaws with it as well with the black/fire lizard since it still steals cards from the deck technically, and acts as a target engine for the desperados and the enchantment that spawns 1/1 outlaws for more mill fuel 😂

meh, milldecks dont need mindskinner tbh - we alrdy have breaker/jace/blue virtue 2 turn kill. but nice try.
The blue virtue is significantly slower and clunkier than the mindskinner, but less fragile. To each their own.
