Finally a dirtbike
I'm excited now
Dirtbike > everything else
It’s all about top dead center when trying to kicks these machines over lol . Hopefully you restore and keep this classic the values are climbing on these so you never know
Hi guys been following your for few yrs love this vids when will you and you brother be going to a motocross track loved the last one I saw of you love this quad
Are you ever gonna do a go kart build ?
Saving old bikes, trikes, and quads, 1 machine at a time.
Got that right
Amen
YES SIR
Yup butt hole vlogs go watch rn
I wouldn't really call it "saving" them
I bought one of these brand new in 84 and loved it. Very powerful, top speed if I remember right was just under 65 mph. Years later I sold it to a friend and he used it for another 20 years. He liked it so much after buying mine that he ended up buying two more used ones and made another complete bike for his wife to ride. Honda makes great products. This really brought back memories.
Part 3- "replacing the rings on my ATC 200x"
And 🤣 at the wheelie at the end
Getting it done!
Nice to watch you revive these forgotten joy rides. When I was a teenager a guy down the street had a 350X. I rode it and it was scary. My ride was a Suzuki RM250 but this big bore 4 stroke surprised me.
33:25. That’s how you do it man, just when you get to that position tap that brake a little it will bring you back down a bit and you give it gas again and repeat the process, do not be discouraged or scared from falling. See? Nothing happened. Keep going bro and keep practicing the same stuff just like that until you get that back brake down.
Yeaaaah boi, lmao. I have ate shit just like that so many times. I'm glad he left it in the video, cause it's all part of it
He should wear a helmet tho tbh
Low speed wheelies on the grass is the best place to push the balance point, fallling on your back really isnt that bad and for me it was the best way to gain confidence to keep pushing the front end up and get a sense for how responsive the back brake is. Loved seeing this thing come back to life
My lil cousin and I were out riding our 185 3wheelers around camp when were were really young (early 80’s). She went around a slight corner at around 20mph, tipped to the side and it rolled forward on top of her. Broke her neck and killed her right there. Fortunately I was ahead of her and didn’t see her. My point, be friggin careful bud, these things faded out in the 80’s for a reason.
Sorry to hear that
I’m sorry about that.
@@smashin_pikebc744 thank you! Anytime I see someone on a trike I tend to tell that story. Not for any type of compassion, only to warn of real dangers. I appreciate the condolences though, ty.
I love that thing! when I was a kid, I was a big fan of the three wheelers
Had an 84 200x in the 90s when I was in my early 20s. Those are great bikes almost bulletproof. My buddy had one quit running during a ride because it was low on oil. We all thought the motor was toast but when we got it back home we put oil in it and it fired right up no problems.
Probably my favorite RUclipsr rn
This bike was my whole childhood. Went thru a lot renthal handlebars. Had a wall of front and rear sprockets. Dad wouldn’t let me get a 350x so I removed the engine and sent it to the local Honda dealer to be bored out with a domed piston and new cam. Went thru multiple carburetors. The flat track tires were the best. Changed shocks all the time. Damn it was fun. Then I got a drivers license
Brought back memories of my 250sx.bring back the atc!
Dude I was so stoked for you I just love those bike I still have all these bikes I grew up with 250r ,(2) 200xs,200s and 185s, a 110 I'm a dedicated three wheeler fan
Oil is no big deal those engines where made to last you could probably run that bike in bacon fat and it would live for 20 more years😂
@Stp77 - you must have owned an atc, They run for ever..
That's true for every honda 4 stroke. I've seen people run em on kerosene, diesel, and mixed fuel. They just dont quit. My old xr250 needs a rebuild soon she smokes like an old lady on oxygen but still starts second kick every time.
You know it would run!!!! The name is honda,
Atleast
I still Own a few Honda 200s and a 200 I just got rid of my 350 Thumper needed to much work and i didn't have enough time shouldn't have got rid of it but whatever Next is going to be a zilla
LOVE the content and all the cool old 4 wheelers, and your one of the only you tubers who doesn’t milk 30 part videos. Keep it up
I love 3 wheelers and this channel, keep that wheeler man
Great job on the vids. I find ur channel more interesting then any other big youtubers.
Bro I'm loving all this great wheelie practice, I literally see you trying to master it and you're doing great! Glad you didn't get hurt falling off, done it many times, and a few definitely hurt but in the end it all adds to the fun. I crack up when you "whoo" in a wheelie cause it takes me back... don't have a wheeler anymore. I'm sure if I got back on I'd eat crap alot and there would be alot of whoo"s lol. Til then I get to live vicariously through you haha
I had a 87 200x that I played around on for yrs it was a great machine!!! even with the same cobra pipe on it. They are fun little trikes. Wish I could find one now days. Now I have a little yamaha 200e three wheeler I picked up for my kids and I to play on.But this one has electric start/ reverse plus it is shaft driven witch I like. Not messing around with a chain all the time. Great vid 👍 have fun on the trike!!!
My stepdad had one of these I loved that thing man there good bikes
Cheers Joe ! - Been watching now for a bout 3 or so years now - You have come a long way --- Good for you ! Liking from the UK
Seems to run well and have good compression. I'm also thinking the smoke is from the oil or WD-40 that went into the cylinder. Or possibly something else but either way I don't think it's the rings. Good job! You've been scoring some nice ATVs lately.
So cool love atc. When i was young i had a atc 250 r 2 stroke. So fun 👍
Good job on getting it running, goes to show how well Honda's are made, they run forever 💯
for sure, they are bullet proof
Loving the channel, i grew up on these 70/80's bikes and trikes
Everyday around lunchtime I look to see if you have a new video loaded. After 3 years it's almost an addiction. Lol
haha that's awesome! Thanks for watching!
Cool trike joe ! Loved the wheelie in the grass so glad you left that in there I’ve done that so many times an your reaction was about same as mine lol
Good on you for getting it running great vids keep them up👍👍👍
yes new video of the atc!! i was so excited when it said you posted!
I love yours videos there really fun and cool to watch🙂👍
Doing it Since I Was in my Teens! Alot Of FUn!!!
The wheelie at the end when u fell got me a good laugh
Awesome three-wheeler Joe man you got a deal what can you say though it's a Honda a little bit of of tinkering and they all want to run keep up the good work bro peace.
At least you were on the grass when you fell off. That's the perfect place to practice.
We had a new 200X in 1983. Fun ATC. Cons were hard to start ( that kick starter would slip and nail your shin ) and if it saw water 💦 it would stall 😆.
WD-40...I put that sh*t on everything...lol! Great job man. Love these old 3 wheelers.
Man this video and the last one was fun .. if this is what you do you have a new sub from Detroit mi
Great video, definitely need to work on that carb, tweak the fuel mixture screw (alil bit) n fix the idle. Butt all&all Nice Work 👌
Your oil is over full. You have to screw the dip stick all the way in then unscrew it to check the level of the oil. Those little engine don’t like to run for very long over full. Awesome video and great job
Brilliant mate! One of my favourite youtubers 👍
keep up the good vids I wish i lived in the country
Heck yeah wheelie boi
Morning guys!
Mornin
What's up?!
Morning
Your like the friendly neighbor, i see you eveyday and makes me little more happy
Good Moaning
I have an 86 200x. 20 over high compression with a 25 mill mikuni and a complete dg exhaust. I love my trike.
Bro you've owned one of everything it seems. Keep up the good work
I'm trying to, getting there
@@2vintage lol youve arrived my man. Been watching you for years an your determination to dive into something unknown an have good outcomes is awesome to watch. Not to mention you buy all the toys everyone desires.
Nice! You’ve got to lean on those when cornering. Keep that in mind on the trails.
I love tinkering With these Machines!!! Myself!!
That wheelie ,you made my day , awesome.
I have a 86 atc 250 they’re pretty fun trust me
Always wear a helmet man even when just messing around on the grass, only takes a minute
Lmao it’s the operator
I mean not rlly u just gotta take it easy and know how to ride
not if you're experienced
@@noahspence1619 definitely not anything can happen at any time
@@KrsMpv yea but practicing to wheelie I'd definitely be wearing a helmet idk maybe it's just me
Buy an o-ring or x-ring chain so it doesn't stretch out so fast. I modified a pair of vice grips by grinding them to be narrow enough to fit between the links so I could easily press or squeeze on the master link plate. I know Motion Pro makes master link pliers for the clip but I had a cheap pair of needle nose pliers where one of the tips broke off and it worked perfect for that.
Love your channel man I’ve been looking for a 3 wheeler like this
I had an 84 auto x. Funnest machine I’ve ever owned
I miss my 200X almost as much as my youth .
Great job on the fix ! That’s a great bike for sure !
It’s aliveeeeeee...... 👍🏻
i had a 85 200x and rode the hell out of it i loved it
Damn now im convinced to go get a basket 85 200x near me

The more u loop the more confident ull get wheelieing things🤪
The engine is like ..oo wau new oil new life" can wait to have some fun 💯✌👏
Awesome good vibes and bad ass video's congrats from Puerto Rico hell yeah.!!!!
Thank you!
@@2vintage love the way you are growing keep up the great work PR here in the island we have lots of laws that does not let us ride on the streets but we do it any way lots of police chases but we have fun. Stay strong and safe.
Love the vids keep up the good work You should do a cr 125 or 250 project
I’m a big time. Bike guy. Two wheels. Three wheels. And four wheels doesn’t matter. Enjoy all ur videos. Just send me a link where u sale them plez? Thks bro
Yea and me too
Oh boy here we go Frick & Frack tearing into the old Honda remember don't be revving the s*** out of it cold!!!!
Had a Honda 110 big red with the floaty tires used to float across the pond
First time seeing a 200x 4 stroke I’ve only ever came across the 2 strokers
For real? I had 2 when I was a kid
I haven't never seen a 2 stroke 200x. Maybe you're thinking about the 250R
You should have hit the rear brake and it would have came back down. Your wheelies are just going to get better and better. Nice vid glad you were able to get it running.👌
Just tap the back brake to bring the front wheel back down from a wheelie.
Getting better on each one......good job.....would like to see a 2smoke s00n....
Diamond in the rough for sure👌...
Good video love your vids
These are the coolest atv/atc
Dude love this video! You have to do more 3 wheelers! We got to bring back their popularity! What is your favorite trike you ever owned?
I had two of those, fun machines
Now ship it to canada lol I'll pay whatever you want. Need that in my collection.
Another 2-stroke 4 cycle atv!! 😂👍💨
what?
@@craigbielsky115 all the 4 stroke atv he has smoke like a 2 stroke
amazing ride- wish i can find one someday....
Tempiramental unit that Honda built. Worked at a dealership for many, many yrs. 200x was also easy starting, get run temp quick, really good Honda. Just had to change jetting, adjust fuel/air spec's then bust it's ass fun riding. The beginning of Honda and someone's brite idea. Who else seen what Honda and climate control green tree hugging science prof was doing with horsepower and the running of their engines.
Yes I like that 200x👍👍👍
Awesome! Keep up the good work, great videos! Glad to see another ATC featured on your channel! I have some spare 1st gen 200x parts laying around if you need anything. I have an 85 rolling chassis I want to do a CR125 engine swap to, also a complete 84 Im working on restoring for my dad. I have a second gen 1986 ATC200X I completely went through and restored, built it for myself to ride a few months ago. I have quite a few trike videos uploaded on my channel if you’d like to check them out @ ATC REVOLUTION
Do you have an exhaust for a 85 200x?
That's it, conspicuously hidden. But in good spot.
nice! I love atc's !!
So sick bro love the atc model, they don’t die bro ha
Wow you finally 12 oclocked something👍
She’s about to blow man she’s blowing blue smoke and it’s a four stroke
For a nice clean on the engine and rim use chrome hot wheel cleaner it’s a red bottle
I had an 83 model and I let one of my friends talk me out of it. I wish I had kept it. It was in great condition.
Yess a trike was requested 👍🏽💫
Those pump cans are awesome, yes they'll pump gas.
I know they say you should always change your chain and sprockets together but since my chains lasted so long, I'd usually change my front sprocket once or twice before having to replace the chain and rear sprocket.
Alright! Sounds! Super Nice! Idle Down!!
Looks like you need a wheelie bar on the back.
I remember the Big Red Honda's in he 70's when they came out. So many people were injured or killed on them as they were not stable enough. I think most were from turning too quickly at speed and flipping it over.
Save all the 3 wheelers!!
I'm trying!
Love your vids bro keep it going by any chance can you maybe get a go kart for your next project.
Great video, subscribed😀👍🇳🇴
Old Honda's are great😀😀
Also looked up stock gearing is 12 and 40 for sprockets
Id love to have 1 of these bikes...these are legendary 3 wheelers
Make sure to lean in with it when you ride
You should try and get some shrink tape it’s helps so the wire don’t come apart
