On a small 70X100 plot, construct 6 Apartments each with 2 bedrooms each with its own attached bathroom and a 3 bedroom Penthouse with a very large sky balcony. The Building is fitted with an elevator and each apartment has a balcony and laundry area.
Ground Floor:
- 12 Vehicle Parking
- Self contained single room caretakers house.
- Security or/and reception office
- Spacious lobby
- Stairs and elevator to the first floor
First Floor:
- 2 Apartments each with the layout description as below
- Living room in open plan layout together with the dining room and kitchen
- Large front facing private balcony accessed through the living room
- Dining room
- Kitchen
- Side facing private balcony ideal for outdoor cooking platform for barbeques or charcoal stove cooking and laundry area. Accessed through the kitchen
- Guest toilet/ WC
- Door into private corridor leading to the bedrooms

Hello smartmannow. The caretakers room looks like the master bedroom. The self contained room of the other apartments. Yes some of the parking space can be converted into a gym
