What I find comforting is his description of Metrics vs Trend is complaint with the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. So scientifically, he is grounded in a reality that makes sense...to me at least.

I wish I could've said some simple yet obvious stuff on RUclips a decade ago, that blew the mind of braindead business executives.
