When Jori Haukio left after Liberation=Termination I was afraid MPE would disband, since he was such a huge part of the songwriting in the first three albums, at the very least I was doubtful they could keep on making the same quality of music they had done until then; then they had some trouble finding guitar players, and things seemed even more dire for the band. It was such a shame having such an amazing, unique, criminally underrated band disappear because of issues it shouldn't have, but now I'm really, REALLY, glad to see they kept on going, made ...And Death Said Live, one of the best MDM albums I've ever heard, and now this one, which is absolutely amazing as well. Now finally they've made a long overdue but well deserved video after so many years, and things seem to be looking up for the band. Got the chills when I first saw this, then got excited like a little girl before starting to bang my head like a maniac while listening this for 20 times in a row. Fucking amazing, fucking love these guys.
There is a sense of EPICNESS, of something incredible important is at stake, that is the sense I get when I hear most of MPE music. I was so glad them came back after a long hiatus. THe WOrld Needs MPE!!! Another Great Song!
In Flames was my favourite band until I discovered you way back in 2008, coincidentally with their transition to Pop Metal. I'm very glad that you continue throwing out so good stuff.

"And Death Said Live" lacks some elements of their older albums that I like but now MPE is back in their roots. Such a great song! Their upcoming album will be strong candidate for album of the year award. btw I feel very fortunate that I've seen MPE playing live 5 or 6 times. They have never made that many gigs or tours but I happen to live in Pori (MPE's hometown). Hoping more gigs in the near future.

It was about 7 years since I've ordered an album I ordered the last album and will order this one too, cause these guys do not disappoint. Same goes with Insomnium.
Most bands will sell themselves as saying 'We don't really conform to a genre, we're unique f blah blah', for this it's easy guys = 'pure F metal musicianship and writing'; the harmonies from the guitars (and I'm not talking about the solos, they're great too but not what I'm referring to here) - the timing (and power) of the drumming and having a vocalist who can shine not only with his power (at ease I might f say), but his patterns and placement, nothing short of perfection. There truly is something wrong with this world when I see millions of hits on videos of humans acting like a$$es and yet something like this is uploaded for the world to enjoy. I've been doing vocals for over a decade now and I always practice along to a playlist when I do so. You guys made me do something I haven't done in years, simply sit back, listen and give respect. I've learn't the vocals and patterns and every time I play the track to practice to, I cannot help but shut up and listen and enjoy.
Amazing as always, MPE. A small detail but I'm hugely thankful for it, I'm glad to hear some keyboards again. It really adds epic dynamic to your already amazing music. Keep up the awesome work. \m/

How did they top thier last album, it's happened! The whole feeling of thier songs with epic symphonics/ pianos in the backround and amazing riffs/breakdowns/solos is so unique, never heard anything like them, they are my favourite MDM band of ALL time, want to see them live more than anything!
