I had the opportunity to take a ski making class at Community Skis with a buddy of mine a number of years ago. We did all the work ourselves with guidance from the team. It was an awesome experience and we ended up with great skis that we still use to this day. 👍

How does that sidecut jig work? Like how do you make sure its setup symmetrical?
Interesting that they use woven roving instead of knit glass. Knit gives them about 40% more strength, its like free money.

this was 2 years ago i relize, but he said it was just 2oz fiberglass
