Also how large of a building is being put in that construction site behind the building and how long will it be under construction? I'd also really like to know the construction cost of that unit! I'm guessing $45,000 euro per unit at best and I'm being generous at that price point!

The very next video I clicked on was a 3 bed 2 bath nearly double the size with granite counters throughout, high end appliances and everything you could ask for a few steps from the buildings door. The only difference is it's 200m from the beach and you can even still see the beach. Price $129,000 euro!
It is said that the crime rate in that area is relatively high, and the greening rate is also low, not much better than in the desert. Many real estate agents never talk about these problems.

Stayed in that building last fall and it was extremely noisy. The condo’s next to those are 100x nicer.
