well, an actual home cooked mean would be better, not in a restaurant. I still get your point. but these restaurants are getting more rare, and the more I dont go out, the more I go to these places
Its called that from coast to coast , My small Texas town has 2 60yo hamburger spots , a mom and pop diner and best of all 2 50 year old Tex Mex places WOOOT Yum! We have a slurry of chain places which I avoid except for large groups which would swamp the local owned places lol

The queen and I had brunch there this morning. It was ample, tasty, reasonably priced, and the waitress had personality. We’ll be back again.
