Sir, My Hikvision DVR is of 2019 Model, I am not able to view on my mobile app but when I change the server address it coming. However, the issue is that when power goes off, it automatically resets to original server address. Can you please help.🙏

Firmware aapko pahile wala firmware konsa hai uska details send karna padega company mein vaha se aaega new firmware old ke base pe. To aap company ko email karo
